Internal systems require unique accounts and multi-factor authentication. Access is reviewed quarterly.
Team members access only the project data they need, for as long as they need it.
Production project repositories and design files are backed up daily with versioned history.
Suspected incidents trigger an internal runbook. Affected clients are notified directly.
Report a vulnerability to info@lumahivecreative.com. We acknowledge within two business days.
Shared responsibility
Security is shared between LumaHive, our infrastructure providers, and the clients who own the systems we build. We document controls we maintain and recommend operational practices for the systems we hand off.
