By engaging LumaHive Creative or using lumahivecreative.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Engagements

All paid work is governed by a signed Statement of Work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Where this page and the SOW conflict, the SOW controls.

Intellectual property

Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Working files, source code, and process artifacts remain owned by LumaHive unless explicitly transferred.

LumaHive may showcase non-confidential work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumaHive's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
